Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
Spend $150 or more and you'll receive free shipping within New Zealand.
$149 or less? Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.
Delivery times vary but typically you will receive your order within 5-10 days.
Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $20. Everywhere else is a flat rate of $35.
Local import duties and/or taxes vary by country. We have no control over these mandatory country charges, as such they're the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS
Any item can be refunded or exchanged if it is returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Please email us to start the process of a return or exchange. Ensure you include your order number and product details in the email so we can help you as efficiently as possible.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however Britten Motorcycle Company reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
